Hey AMSA! I'm Alex and I would love to be your next AMSEP Officer

Having participated in AMSEP Singapore last year, I experienced firsthand how meaningful academic exchange, cultural immersion, and friendship can broaden clinical perspectives and foster global empathy.

This experience inspired me to give back by serving as part of the subcommittee for AMSEP Korea this year, where I have developed practical skills in planning, coordination, and delegate support.

I am also currently serving as the Local Exchange Officer for SfGH, which involves very similar responsibilities to that of an AMSEP Officer.

As AMSEP Officer, my vision is to deliver exchanges that are structured, inclusive, and memorable. I will prioritise well-balanced 5–10 day programmes that integrate academic sessions, cultural exploration, and community service initiatives. Strong communication will be central to my approach, ensuring smooth collaboration with international chapters and clear support for both inbound and outbound delegates.

With my prior AMSEP experience and ongoing involvement, I am motivated to build exchanges that inspire learning, cultural understanding, and lasting friendships across AMSA chapters.
