Hi guys! I'm Tamir and I'd love to be your Publicity Officer next year! I'm a 2nd year Medic and having seen how fun and welcoming the AMSA community is over the past 2 years, I figured it's time to give back and help out in making us even better.

Growing up British-born Mongolian, there weren't many of us around (shock!), so it wasn't always easy to feel empowered to share my culture. Thanks to AMSA, however, I've now found an environment where culture ties everyone together, even if you're from different parts of the world. As a result, I've had an incredible time learning about other cultures and even sharing my own!

Thus, I'd be thrilled to give back and play my part in making AMSA even better and helping newcomers (+ current members) have the experiences I've had, too! Being Publicity Officer would be the perfect opportunity, not only to show off how amazing our AMSA community is via our social media, but also to bring new members into the family! I'd love to have the responsibility of helping our social media pages look as amazing as they should and helping our committee members spread the word about all the exciting events coming up. I'd even add some original ideas like involving AMSA in trends and new online campaigns to increase engagement and reach even more people!
