Hafsa Kifayat

Hi, I'm Hafsa! I'm a second-year medical student, and I'm excited to run for Early Years Academic Officer for the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society. I am deeply interested in O&G, and also in women's health, and I would love to make this more accessible for other people.

I've spent a lot of time teaching in the past, and I have a lot of experience in how to make learning engaging for everyone. I have previously led group sessions, as well as individual ones, and I enjoy leading these sessions, as it allows people to come together and learn from each other as well.

I am organised and hard-working, and I aim to provide many learning opportunities for the early years on O&G and on women's health. I would do this by organising workshops and talks about O&G, and contacting professionals to share their insights. I would also like to create a space where people can share articles they have read or their thoughts on O&G and women's health. I also aim to provide support for the early years on Development and Ageing, which is something I have enjoyed studying over the past couple of years. I aim to provide online and in-person sessions, as well as offer resources to the early years to aid with their revision and learning.

I would love to be a part of the amazing team, and I will work extremely hard to support the O&G society
