It’s been a good year for the society with a very successful Datathon and a well-presented lecture series on ML. However, as the year progresses, engagement seems to have declined.

Next year, I’ll focus on keeping small things going throughout the whole year so everyone can keep learning. I want to start holding more mini (and major) competitions among the society for everyone to have fun while learning, and host workshops from a vast array of companies to widen our exposure.

I look forward to working with everyone and seeing the society progress further.
