Hsiao Yan Mok

Hello, I'm Hsiao Yan— the website has decided to load my photo sideways but normally I'm a pretty upstanding person (sorry)! Since playing RSM netball for the past year I've really developed my passion for the sport and the community, and I love the sharp gameplay and inclusive vibes I've felt from everyone. I want to run for vice-captain to uphold this spirit, and get more involved in the technical side of training, strategy, and game analysis so we can keep improving together.

I'm a bit jobless so I'll be very very available all the time to do vice-captainy things (which means you can count on me to reply to messages, organise sessions, and help out whenever). I will always be there to support our captain and our team, whether that's keeping morale high during tough matches, or running structured drills and feedback sessions. I'm a decent communicator, fairly responsible, and excited to develop my leadership skills. Ultimately, I care a lot about this club and the people in it (even though most of y'all are graduating), and I’d be committed to helping RSM netball continue to thrive!
