Sky Xu

Hi there! My name is Sky, and I'm a first-year medic. You may know me as I've shown up to a couple of sessions for Teddy Bear Hospital. This year, I'm running for secretary for Teddy Bear hospital, so here's what I promise to do and what I hope to improve on!

I promise to:

• Maintain effective and clear communication
• Ensure proper documentation
• Work collaboratively within the team

What I hope to do if elected:

• Improve outreach to organise more volunteers by working with the Publicity Officer
• Work on finding a system to ensure volunteers are DBS checked and members of Teddy Bear Hospital
• Include more training days to encourage new volunteers throughout the year
