Hello everyone, thank you for reading this manifesto!

My name is Alex, a third year, and I've been your Education Officer for the past year.

Working on the PathSoc committee has been really fun this year and I want to do it again.

As secretary, I will strive for consistent and efficient communication and cohesion between members of the PathSoc committee, as well as effective publication of events being offered by the society. Importantly, I also want to mention that in an executive role, I will make it my top priority to support and encourage other members of the committee and the society as a whole, carrying on the traditions of pathology society as well as incubating and implementing new ideas, if any.

I am an active member of the ICSM community, taking part in many musical events in both ICSM Music - having led the ICSM Chamber Choir for the past two years - and Light Opera as a twice member of the pit band. I have also been a lecturer for the MedEd crashcourses many times, been an examiner for all three CPA mocks for the second years; and as part of my role as your education officer, I organise the annual Pathology crashcourse, using insights from the fifth and final years.

I believe I am a well-organised, honest and suitable candidate for the role of PathSoc secretary, and I hope I can count on your vote! Thank you.
