I am excited to run for Website Officer because I believe the Gazette plays an important role in shaping and preserving the intellectual and creative voice of ICSM. The website is more than a platform for uploads - it is the archive, showcase, and public face of the society’s work.

Through my experience in leadership and media roles, I have developed strong organisational skills and attention to detail, both of which are essential for maintaining a reliable and professional digital presence. As current Secretary and Senior Social Media Lead for the Institute of Medical Ethics, I regularly manage online communications and understand the importance of clarity and timely publication. These experiences have taught me that the strength of a digital platform lies in both its content and its structure.

If elected, I would focus on:

Ensuring timely and consistent uploads of articles and podcast content.
Maintaining a clean, intuitive website layout that makes content easy to navigate and archive.
Working closely with the editorial team to ensure smooth coordination.
Exploring subtle improvements to enhance accessibility and long-term organisation of content.

The Gazette reflects the diversity and creativity of our student body - I would be committed to maintaining a website that is dependable, well-structured, and representative of the high standard of work being produced.
