Jiashu Xu

I am Jiashu, a year 1 Aero student, a motorsport enthusiast, an amateur photographer, and a learning karter. Having taken my camera to events from rental karting endurance races to Formula 1 Grands Prix (though we all know that Formula 1 is of less prestige than BUKC because it doesn’t see Imperial competing), I am now building confidence to produce more avatar photos – or poster backgrounds for drivers here at Imperial Motorsports, as I have done with the team at the first round of British Universities Karting Championship this year.

On the “people” side of the role, my experience of running city-wide Model United Nations conferences before college has equipped me with negotiation and communication skills. I’ll endeavour so you can focus on breaking lap records without doing the same to your credit ratings.
