Vision: President
Hello, we are Rahul and Kriti and we are running for your Co-Chairs. Both of us started our Vision journeys on Subcommittee last year to now both being conference chairs, and so feel well equipped to take on next year as Co-Chairs.
Servant leadership:
- We will make sure that every comm and sub-comm member is supported in their professional development with formalised plans, shaping them into confident leaders with real transferable skills for life (and for future positions!)
Socials:
- More socials to allow a more cohesive committee and bring more to the society! Also a way to bring together different branches from Dr me, Roadshow and conferences.
Personal statement reviews:
- Having started personal statement reviews, we will continue with this as part of the society’s roles.
