My name is Demmy, and I’m running for Secretary of the Bulgarian Society because I want to help our community stay organised, connected, and engaged throughout the year.

As Secretary, I will prioritise clear and consistent communication so every member feels informed and included. Good organisation is what turns ideas into successful events, and I’m committed to making that happen.

I also want our society to feel welcoming to everyone — whether you’re Bulgarian, part‑Bulgarian, or simply interested in our culture. By supporting the committee and working collaboratively, I’ll help create events that celebrate our traditions while bringing people together socially and academically.

I’m responsible, detail‑oriented, and proactive, and I take commitments seriously. If elected, I’ll dedicate my time and energy to making this a productive, exciting, and well‑organised year for the Bulgarian Society.
