Shruthi Vijayakumar

Hi everyone!! I’m Shruthi and I would love to be a part of your MedEd committee next year. I believe that MedEd is such a valuable society we have in our ICSM community, and would love to play a more integral role in helping students across their entire medical school training. I have used many of the MedEd tutorials and resources myself and understand how incredibly helpful these are. As webmaster, I would help in making these resources accessible to those who need them, and ensuring the smooth running of the website. MedEd also runs numerous events throughout the year, which I would love to help out with.

Keeping organised and having good time management is a key skill required in this role, to make sure all information is up-to-date and published in good time. Clear effective communication between committee members is vital for this, and through my role as member liaison for another society, I understand the importance of this and how to implement it. I am excited to work with the rest of committee in providing such valuable resources to our ICSM community :)
