RAG (ICSM): Sponsorship Officer

Hi everyone, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to run to be your next ICSM RAG Sponsorship Officer!

I have loved being a part of organising RAG events this year! It's amazing that RAG gets to support amazing charities and create a great sense of community amongst students.

Currently, I am Orchestra Manager for ICSM Music. Through this, I have experience with organising printing, managing equipment for orchestra rehearsals and planning socials by reaching out to relevant businesses through phone calls and emails. Also, I was involved in organising ICSM Surg Soc's "Specialty Spotlight" event which involved contacting speakers and sponsors for the event.

I am excited to be part of planning RAG Auction for next year as it has the potential to raise lots for our charities. Alongside reaching out to businesses to get great sponsors for the event, I would like to encourage a competition between different ICSM societies for a prize for the highest number of people to come. This would encourage attendance at the event which would hopefully increase financial turnout.
