Although it's known that my attendance to training may be a bit under the average, it is something I'm looking to change - not only for my own sake, but also to set an example for the team. The effort I've put into matches will not relent from what it has been this year, and with the challenge of our rightful division in BUCS, it will be important in getting the strongest team out at all opportunities. I'd love to follow in George's footsteps at least with getting a team out at the bare minimum - pulling players from the 2s if necessary - and not dropping those silly points that have been done in previous years.

Away from just the team, I'd like to get more involved in the club in general, and with it being a small one, help as much as possible to keep it flourishing in the way it is at the moment. Despite it not being a full-on committee roll, I hope to provide as much assistance as possible to help the club continue in the way it has been recently.

(Also I'd strive to not sleep through half of Roehampton too :).
