Art Club: Development Secretary

Hi! Over the past year, I've really enjoyed helping out at Art Club activities and learning about internal processes as a member of the Committee. I love the relaxed, fun vibe at our events and would really like to keep contributing to that next year.

I've also learned a lot this year about exhibitions, observing the process of putting together the Art Club exhibition, taking part in the Photosoc exhibition, and going through the curation/printing/framing/installation processes for the Blyth Fellowship exhibition. As Development Secretary, our annual exhibition would fall under my responsibility, and I'd be thrilled to help bring it to life.

Some of my goals for this year -

To widen participation in our Annual Exhibition via dedicated workshops
To have people credited under their artwork within the exhibition!
Make some new workshop ideas a reality, including graffiti, collage-making and diamond painting
Work with our Treasurer to reach out to brands like CassArt and enquire about sponsorship opportunities

My vision revolves around keeping Art Club relaxed and fun, while making it as accessible as possible to the most students. If this resonates with you, please do consider voting for me :)
