The team will be going through major changes next year, with a lot of 1s players leaving, so

the role of the 1s captain will be to make sure that we can keep the high standards that we set

this year for next season.

I have a lot of ideas for the year

- Getting the VEO as much as possible and making team highlights

- A fantasy league like FPL

- Proper feedback & game analysis

- Push Sunday trainings more, organising mini socials afterwards to encourage

attendance

- Channel the ghost of Katie and run sessions with much more structure, so we can

build a very strong foundation for varsity, which we are going to clean sweep this year

- steal all of IC’s players
