Uyen Nguyen

Hi, my name is Uyen and I’m currently a Year 1 undergrad student.

Even though it’s my first year in ICSE, I’ve tremendously enjoyed being here (I’m sure many among you feel the same) and thought, ‘if I plan to be a part of this society for a long time to come, why not contribute to its behind-the-scenes operations as well?’. I admit that except for a brief stint as Student Council Secretary back in Year 11, I haven't had too much experience being a committee member. However, I believe that my organisational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to learn will be handy in the role of ICSE’s Secretary next year.

I aim to make communication between Committee and Members go both ways by recording not just discussions between Committee members but any feedback from you as well. You can trust me to be responsible and committed in my role: since ICSE is already one of the priorities in my university life, my regular rehearsal attendance will translate into proper and prompt handling of meetings and tasks.
