Hi everyone! I'm Aymen, a first-year Molecular Bioengineering student and I want to be the glue that holds our society together.
I’ve spent more than 2 years making complex systems work efficiently: from managing a hospital serving 2,000+ patients monthly to tutoring A-level cohorts and organising cross-institution fundraisers. I know what good admin looks like, and how to keep communication clear, warm, and timely. My ideas include:
- Crystal-Clear Communication
- Minutes distributed within 24 hrs and a shared calendar that never lets anyone miss a deadline.
- Organised to the Core
- Having managed a 200+ volunteer database alongside a team of 50 executives, keeping society records, rosters, and resources accessible is second nature.
- A Strong Internal Link
- I'll act as the connective tissue between committee teams, making sure every member of every sub-team feels informed and included.
A great Secretary is invisible when everything's going right, and indispensable when it isn't. I'll be both.
