Hello everyone! I'm Katie, a year 2 undergraduate materials student who somehow likes doing admin as a pastime :p

I'm applying as secretary as I'd like to help out the archery club in its organisation when it comes to information handling and sharing. Considering we basically got 0 emails from the archery club last year unless it's chasing up on people's AGB memberships, I'd like to actually double up on the Whatsapp announcements via email too so that there's less of a chance of people missing golden opportunities to engage with the club (such as socials and competitions). I would like to make the emails work without putting too much clutter into people's inboxes so people don't ignore it (because I do with Daily Digest emails).
