Isabella Bruguier

I'm Bella, the treasurer for 25/26 period, and I'm running again :)

I'll be going into my 3rd year of physics, my 9th year of archery, and my 5th year shooting for GB. I love this sport so much, but it's that archery can be expensive, which is why I want to make sure we provide as much as possible for archers of all levels, whether it's socials, equipment, competitions, or anything else you'd like to see from your club.

It's been a tough year for finances, with stricter union claim rules than we've ever seen previously. I intend to work actively with you and the committee to ensure we spend money on the things that matter to everyone. Since I shoot a lot, you'll be able to find me at almost any shooting session or message me online if you ever need any help.

Some things I'd like to focus on are:

- improving how money is spent on socials with some polls very early in the year to work out what you, as a club, want to do most outside of archery.

- creating a simplified club resource to explain how the claims process works, from how you submit a claim to how long it might take the union to approve it using official guidelines and my experience.

- getting all information out to you much sooner, so you have time to think, and so the committee have time plan budgets and get these approved.
