As Treasurer of the astronomer society, I will do my best to bring more to this society. Below are the changes I would try to make for the betterment of the stargazers with the astronomy society.
- I feel as if the cold nights stargazing require a little warmth to keep the cold from biting, and what better way to warm up than a cup of hot choclate. As treasurer I shall try get the funding to provide hot drinks at the stargazing events.
- The anual trip which takes place each year to the countryside to view the cosmos (away from all the light pollution) is £108, to some it is too much, so I would attempt as treasurer to bring down the cost of this trip as much as I can, so people are not discouraged by the price.
