Sasank Bavuluru

Hi everyone!

My name is Sasank and I'm running to be your treasurer for Aero Soc next year! Having benefitted a lot from the talks and networking opportunities provided by Aero Soc this year, I'm passionate about being part of the team and I'd love to use my experience as a senior member of my school's student body to help manage events. Some of these skills involve bookkeeping on a large scale, co-ordinating with other clubs and performing risk assessments for events. If elected into this position, I'd be using this experience to organise newer and more spontaneous events to garner even more traction but also grander events such as formal balls and boat parties. Also as treasurer, I would be keen to ask the very members of our society about where they believe funding should go in terms of events.
