Captaining the women's team this season has been an absolute pleasure—even when we were chasing down loose balls and training in the pouring rain. I couldn't be prouder to be part of a club with such heart, commitment, and drive. This club has given me so much, and now I simply want to give back. Plus, I've gotten quite used to organising people, so why stop now?

As Women's Captain, I've watched us reach the top of the league and progress further in the cup than we have in years. I want to continue the momentum built by Ronan and past presidents, pushing it to grow the club and make sure it reaches its full potential.

MY PRIORITIES

Safety & Equipment – Update essential kit, particularly goalie equipment for both teams. Leverage my Pulse Lacrosse connections to secure discounted deals and work with captains to identify club-wide needs.

Visibility & Accessibility – Make our online presence clearer, posting training times and how to join. Strengthen our Freshers' presence with organized taster sessions.

Player Development – Work closely with the men's captains to support their growing talent. Signpost elite opportunities like England Aspire and regional clubs for experienced players. Ensure structured, confidence-building training where experienced players uplift beginners.
