Helen Zheng

Hi everyone! My name is Helen, I am a second year Materials student and I would love to be your Wellbeing and Events Officer next year! Having been part of my departmental comittee this year, I have experience in helping to organise merch and events, I have seen how much work goes into making the society thrive. Now I want to bring this experience and passion for incredible memories for our community in RSMU!

My priority is making sure every Miner feels included and supported. I want to organise a flexible range of events, from casual catch-ups to our well-loved traditions. Whether you want to socialise or just need a break from the lectures, I’m here to make sure you have a space to connect and unwind! I want to break down the barriers between years and disciplines to create one united community. By focusing on inclusive, cross-departmental events, I will help us build lifelong memories and genuine friendships that make our time at the RSMU so special.
