Elliott Menezes
Hey, I'm Elliott! I'm a 2nd year on Aero, keen on being your next Bolt Bearer.
You may have seen me around campus as Engine Lead for Imperial College London Rocketry (ICLR), representing Imperial in both the UK (Race2Space) and in Portugal (EuRoC). Or perhaps my work as a student ambassador, a Ceilidh regular, or someone who spends slightly too much time at the Union. A CGCU event? I'm probably there.
The traditions of the City and Guilds College are simultaneously awesome and strange, and I love them to bits. Ever since I saw a bunch of guys in black tie running after a giant bolt at my first welcome dinner, I knew I wanted to be part of this wacky and warm tradition.
Behind the chaos and the bow tie, I know Bolt is a symbol of our history. I’ll take that responsibility seriously and run with it. I won't drop it.
Vote for me and I'll keep Bolt safe. I'm used to lifting rockets. I think Bolt and I will get on just fine.
