Hi everyone! My name is Ardra and I am running to be your Year 4 iBSc Wellbeing Rep this year!

After a pretty intense Phase 1, I have realised that wellbeing at university is not just about exams. Feeling seen, supported and connected is so so important for the uni experience. Year 4 is exciting but also a big change: with research projects, ICAs and Phase 3 on the horizon, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I want to make sure we don’t go through it alone! If elected I will do regular welfare check-ins, work with the welfare chair to organise year 4 support sessions ( both academic and social) and help build a strong community with our lovely externals we have with us this year. My door will always be open for a chat! I’ll be someone who can listen to you, represent you honestly and make wellbeing a priority this year.
