Nathalie Tedfors Lindell
Hi there! I'm Nathalie, the resident Old Person/Society MotherTM, and I would love to make my return to committee in this newly introduced role! In my many years of being highly involved in the society, I've been on the directing team of every show in the MTSoc calendar, along with holding various committee positions (Secretary/President/Vice President), so I feel that I'm uniquely qualified to take on this challenge. Additionally, I'm the Chair of the Arts & Ents Management Group for the 2nd year in the row, so I have plenty of experience dealing with the Union and navigating their,,,,, quirks. My goals within this role are to;
- Improve communication between Directing Teams and Committee by introducing myself as the DT's point of contact from day one, and regularly checking in for updates
- Ensure that there are sufficient materials to support DTs by keeping DT guides updated, with sections relevant to all different MTSoc shows
- Create a comprehensive handover document to allow subsequent members to take up the role with ease
- Support my favourite committee by any means necessary <33
