Hi everyone!
I’m Melis, a second-year Chemical Engineering student, and I’m so excited to be running for Vice President of Publicity for Engineers Without Borders! Being part of EWB has shown me how powerful purpose-driven engineering can be—and how much impact we can make when our work is shared with the world .

I’ve always loved blending creativity with engineering, from leading a STEM club in school to helping organise outreach events that made technical ideas engaging and accessible. As VP of Publicity, I’ll bring that same energy (and my slightly obsessive Canva habits ) to make sure our projects look as good as they do good.
