Siobhan Oghughu

Hello! My name is Siobhan, I’m a third year Medical Biosciences student and I’d love to be the UNICEF Events Officer for this year.

I strongly support the mission of UNICEF to protect the rights of children all over the world, particularly those living in disadvantaged locations. I would love to join the rest of the committee in raising awareness for different causes affecting children on campus, particularly in the form of hosting events.

In previous years, UNICEF on Campus Imperial has hosted bake sales, book sales, and dog welfare events. During my time on committee, I would love to host lots of events including another bake sale, a quiz night, and at least one collaboration with another society later in the academic year, perhaps for an arts/sports-related event: I would love to send out a survey and hear your fundraising ideas!
