As School Liaison Officer, I want to strengthen and expand Sexpression’s partnerships with schools so that a wider and more diverse group of young people can benefit from inclusive sex education. In my previous roles, I’ve developed strong communication and coordination skills through extensive client liaison. These experiences have taught me the value of clear, professional, and timely communication in building trust and forming lasting relationships with teachers and community partners.

My goals for the year are:

1. Expanding Outreach
   I plan to reach out to a broader and more diverse range of schools across London to increase Sexpression’s impact. This includes identifying schools that may not yet have access to external RSE programmes and introducing them to what Sexpression can do.
2. Strengthening Relationships
   I will focus on maintaining strong, consistent relationships with our existing partner schools to ensure Sexpression continues to meet their needs. By keeping communication open, responsive, and supportive, I aim to ensure that lasting connections are built and maintained.
3. Promoting Inclusivity and Representation
   I want to ensure that the schools we work with reflect a wide variety of communities and backgrounds, helping Sexpression deliver its message of inclusivity and open dialogue to as many young people as possible.

With a proactive approach to outreach, I hope to help build meaningful partnerships that empower volunteers and make a real difference in young people’s lives.
