I've been gunning for Aus Soc to make a comeback this year so you may have met me if you came to the stand at freshers fair. 🇦🇺🇳🇿‼️‼️
Coming from Auckland, I remember coming here in first year and feeling like I was the only person from the entire continent at Imperial (I was lowkey crashing out over winter break), until I started meeting people from Aus/NZ and then home seemed a lot less far away. Since then, it's been my goal to make Aus Soc a community 💕.
I'd love to serve you guys on the committee by bringing my ideas for events to life, for example, if i get voted in I can promise an annual sausage sizzle bbq (no gold coin needed), pub/cafe crawl and any other chill ideas we come up with along the way!🍻 I'll also consistently keep everyone up to date through the insta (follow if u havent already @imperial.australian.society) and whatsapp.
To be honest I'm just really enthusiastic about meeting everyone (catch me being overly excited when I meet a familiar accent) and even if I'm not on the committee I'd love to talk so add my insta (linked on my campaign), cause everyone so far has been the sweetest!
