Hello everyone! I’m Ze Xian, a second-year Chemical Engineering student, and I’m excited to run for the Treasurer position of ICUMS.

As some of you may know, our previous treasurer stepped down due to personal reasons. I would like to step in to ensure that our society’s finances remain well-managed, transparent and in good hands. I understand the importance of maintaining clear records and responsible budgeting, especially when it comes to organizing events and supporting our members.

I’m someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with numbers. More importantly, I’m committed to dedicating my time to serve the society and contribute to its smooth running. If elected, I aim to:

Keep ICUMS’s financial matters transparent and well-documented
Ensure feasible and efficient budgeting to support all divisions of ICUMS
Support the committee in organizing meaningful and cost-effective events
