Hi everyone,

My name is Vishal, and I am a fourth year medical student.

I've always been passionate about ethics and sustainability related issues and I would love the opportunity to be part of the E&E team at ICU.

If elected as Ethics & Environment Welfare Officer, I will aim to deliver the following initiatives.

• Grounding in Nature Walks: I will organize regular, guided slow-paced walks or gardening sessions near our campuses, using some time in nature as an antidote to fatigue and stress.
• Low-Waste Workshops: I will organise workshops focusing on sustainable self-care, such as making low-waste bath products or mindful cooking
• Anonymous Feedback Channel: I will establish a confidential, accessible channel for members to raise welfare concerns about Ethics & Environment related activities, ensuring immediate and discreet intervention where required.
• Community Skill-Share: I will organise non-academic social mixers (like bookbinding, upcycling, or cooking sessions) that build bonds based on shared interests and practical skills, strengthening our community outside of ethical and environmental discourse.
