Hello lovely BMBers!

For those who don't know me, I'm Naz and I want to improve our learning experience!

As someone who has exam anxiety, I know how important it is for students to feel seen and supported. However, such support only comes when students are able to loudly and proudly advocate for their needs. As someone who has been involved in syllabus development and advocating for the student body in my previous schools, I believe I have a really good base to fulfill this role.

My aim for this year is to build a closer rapport with staff so that communication between faculty and students are stronger than ever. I want to advocate transparency from faculty regarding their thoughts on the programme and how our feedback is being engaged with. With proper communication, both students and faculty will not have unwelcome surprises and we can feel more secure in our academic journey.

My dream is to be involved in university-level teaching, so this oppurtunity is a great chance for me to learn more. I appreciate your vote's impact in helping me realize my ambitions :)
