Adam Adamczak
Hello everyone, my name is Adam Adamczak, and I am running to be your EEE Year Rep. Last year, I served as a Year Rep at my university in Poland — an experience that gave me the skills to represent students effectively, work with lecturers to solve problems, and ensure my cohort’s wellbeing was always prioritised. Most importantly, it convinced me that I genuinely enjoy helping others and making student life easier.
I believe strong representation is built on approachability, reliability, and action — qualities I bring to everything I do. I am approachable and communicative, and I make it a priority to connect with peers and listen to their concerns. I take initiative and enjoy problem-solving: whenever someone comes to me with an issue, I make it my responsibility to help. If something is promised, I make sure it's delivered.
My priorities as Year Rep are:
• Being accessible – ensuring that every student feels they have at least one person they can reach out to without hesitation.
• Tackling academic challenges – working with staff to address problems and improve clarity, support, and resources.
• Amplifying our voice – raising concerns and suggestions to the department so our academic experience continues to improve.
With my prior experience and commitment, I am confident that I can represent our cohort effectively and make our time in EEE as rewarding and supportive as possible.
Vote Adam Adamczak for EEE Year Rep – experienced, approachable, and a voice you can count on.
