Osuke Miyamaru

Hi everyone! I’m Osuke, a returning student from “Year in Research” and running to be your Year 3 Academic Representative.

Needless to say, our final year will be more crucial than ever. I understand our course can be ambiguous and frustrating at times – I have been through the same, and I want to help maintain a clear communication between us and the department to improve your experience.

To fulfil my role as the Academic Representative, I am looking to:

• Gather regular feedback on issues for each module, ensuring equal coverage
• Also on wider issues, e.g. strike disruptions, timetable problems, and graduation-related concerns
• Done through surveys for each module, checking WhatsApp groupchats, and communicating directly with students

I’m also an open, approachable person – you can reach out to me personally, in person or through email. I will be active and visible around the campus so you can find me anytime!
