ChemEng is intense. I’ve learned how much wellbeing, time management, and clear communication shape our performance. This year, I want to make that balance easier for all of us: tidier schedules and deadlines, smoother lab/admin coordination, quick escalation of issues, and transparent updates so you always know what’s happening. I’m serving as Hall Senior, Chem Eng Events Officer, and Hackathon Organiser, roles that taught me to listen, prioritise, and deliver. I’m also on the committees for Energy Society and Engineers Without Borders, and I’ll bring special opportunities directly to our year, like the Rolls-Royce project from Energy Soc. If elected Academic Rep, I’ll turn feedback into concrete actions and make our day-to-day smoother, so we can focus on learning, not logistics.
