Hi everyone!
I’m Debanshi, a first-year JMC student, and I’m excited to represent our cohort by bringing people together and making sure everyone’s voice is heard. Having worked in teams before, I’ve learnt how essential good listening and clear communication are for any group to thrive - and that’s exactly what I want for us.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve all seen that university life is both exciting and challenging. The workload picks up fast, and while keeping on top of it matters, what truly makes the difference is feeling supported, understood, and seen. My goal is to help us build that kind of environment - one where we look out for each other and make our course experience the best it can be.

To do this, I’ll send out review forms twice a term - a few weeks into each module and again near the end. These will give everyone an easy, anonymous way to share what’s going well and what could use improvement.

I’ll make sure your feedback genuinely shapes how we plan, study, and support one another. Let’s create a community where we’re not just keeping up, but thriving, learning, and celebrating our progress together.
