Krishnii Sivakumaran

Hello everyone, I’m Krishnii and I’m thrilled to be running for the role of Head of Events for which I would aim to organise events that highlight advancements in transplantation and vascular care and also provide opportunities for students in this specialty.

Having been part of several subcommittees, I’ve gained valuable experience in the workings of a society and the organisation of events. I have developed strong skills in managing sponsor relationships, liaising with external partners, and collaborating with team members to create impactful events. This experience has strengthened my organisational skills and taught me how to balance logistics with creativity to ensure memorable experiences.

Furthermore, my role as Head of Sponsorships in Tamil Society has further enhanced my event coordination and partnership-building skills. I’ve organised meetings and charity talks, worked with sponsors, created social media content and ensured smooth event execution, all of which will be essential for successfully running events for the Transplant and Vascular Society.

I am enthusiastic about creating networking opportunities and seminars where students can connect with professionals, as well as collaborating with other universities to organise larger-scale events. I’m excited about the chance to contribute to the society’s success through engaging events.
