I am excited to apply for the role of President of the Transplant and Vascular Surgery Society. Having served as Treasurer and Co-Founder, I have seen this society grow, and I want to take it even further.

My vision is simple: Expand, Educate, and Engage.

• Expand – I will increase our outreach to more students and healthcare professionals, securing top speakers and new sponsorships to grow our impact.

• Educate – I will organise high-quality teaching sessions, surgical skills workshops, and mentorship programmes to help students gain practical knowledge and career guidance.

• Engage – I will improve our social media presence and create more networking opportunities, ensuring our events are well-attended and beneficial to all.

With my leadership experience—running a committee of 16 students, organising campaigns, and managing society funds—I am confident I can make a real difference.
