As the PR officer of ICSWP I will be committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive team, engaging our community, increasing our social engagment and increasing the awareness of our athletes success. I also aim to raise the spirit of the team, for example by managing social media to energise the team and make ICSWP feel more like a family. I will engage the audience through posts such as: Q&As with members on topics such as favourite hype songs, if you could only eat one pre-race meal forever what would it be, if you could create a new swimming event, what would it be. I will also promote team events such as social nights of ACC, or even casual catch-up sports nights, aiming to increasing participation to build connections between the team.
