As Welfare Secretary, my priority will be ensuring safety, inclusivity, and well-being for all members, both underground and above ground. Here’s what I want to add:

Safety First – Promote mental and physical well-being by ensuring proper training, gear checks, and risk assessments before trips.

Supportive Community – Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of experience level.

Mental Health Awareness – Provide resources for stress management, organize check-ins, and encourage open conversations about well-being.

Social & Peer Support – Set up a buddy system for trips, host casual debriefs after caving, and create safe spaces for discussions.

This society has given me friendship, confidence, and some of my best adventures, and I want to give back by ensuring others feel the same
