Hi everyone! I'm Sreenithi I would love to be your next Neurology Lead!

My interest in the field began right at the start of first year with our first neurology and neuroscience module, and has only grown through the incredible NeuroSoc events and conferences I've attended since. Neurology is an exciting and rapidly developing field, but I know it can also feel daunting to study. I want to make learning more accessible, engaging, and relevant, helping students build both confidence and appreciation for this specialty.

My vision as Neurology Lead is to introduce targeted teaching events for both early and clinical years through a mix of unique case reports and structured high-yield tutorials. I would launcg a comprehensive series covering neurology and neuroscience for 1st and 2nd years led by students passionate about the subject, and for students in their first clinical year, a series of case-based sessions covering the major neurological conditions.

Most importantly I want to strengthen neuroanatomy teaching as part of the early years sessions, recruiting experienced tutors in their clinical years to guide students through their first ever anatomy module at medical school.

Through my current role in NeuroSoc I've promoted major inter-university neurology and neuroscience conferences, including INNC 2025, Trivergence 2025, as well as Imperial's very own Meeting of the Minds 2025. I know what it takes to organise impactful academic events, and now I want to focus this energy directly into Imperial's own neurology curriculum!
