Rhys Manning Garrero

I have been a member of Neuro soc for many years, and have taken part in many events and conferences held by the society, and I would like to give back to the society with a committee role.

This year I have contributed to neurosoc by being a speaker coordinator for the Meeting of the Minds conference. I have successfully found and recruited speakers for the conference, and have liaised with them effectively leading up to the conference.

I believe I would be able to make a significant contribution as neurology lead, given my significant interest in neurology as well as my previous experience in the society both as a member and in my role for the MOTM conference, which has allowed me to gain the necessary skills to be an effective member of the committee. In the role, I aim to plan a range of neurology-based events, a speaker series and contribute to the society in many other ways.
