Hi All. My name is Anoushka.

I am excited to stand for Secretary of the Orthopedics Society. My experience in medical societies and education has equipped me with the organisational, communication, and leadership skills necessary for this role.

As Treasurer of the Medical Women’s Federation and Fundraiser Officer for the Oncology Society, I have managed finances, coordinated events, and maintained structured records. My role as Publicity Officer for the Respiratory Society strengthened my ability to communicate effectively and promote key initiatives. Additionally, my experience tutoring medical students for clinical exams and prospective students with ICSM Vision has reinforced my ability to manage information and engage with a wide audience.

As Secretary, I will ensure smooth society operations by maintaining clear records, organising meetings efficiently, and facilitating communication between members. I will also support the committee in delivering engaging events and opportunities for students interested in orthopedics and nevertheless am looking forward to a great year for the society!
