
Let’s be real. How often have you wanted to buy something off of TikTok just because the video promoting it was funny? Imagine we could use the power of media in today's age to our advantage to create a buzz around RAG – except, we’d also be promoting RAG’s cause, the charities we’re helping, and the difference we’re making together. This is what I wish to achieve as Media Coordinator.
I think humour and professionalism can coexist, and I would love to work with a motivated team to create gripping content and bring ideas to life, which this role allows me to do. I have the required experience due to my time as the Head of Publicity and Design for school events including MUNs and conferences. I wish to combine my communication skills and creative expertise with my desire to support charitable causes.
I appreciate all that RAG does to fundraise for the Honeypot, Felix, and RBMF. We can support these charities even better by drawing more people to our events, and for that, we need captivating media content. My aim is to create an iconic image for RAG over the course of the next year, so we can build a wider community of students who are eager to make a difference, and with my experience, I am confident I can achieve this goal. We all loved our time at the Wonderland Workshop and Fashion Show; I believe we can strive to throw even more enjoyable events for our juniors.
