Hello, I'm Mia and I am running for Fashion Show Chair 2026!

The ICSM Fashion Show is a cherished tradition, one of the most anticipated events on the ICSM calendar. It seamlessly blends a love for fashion, a passion for music and dance, and a commitment to raising funds for charity. As a key branch of RAG, the Fashion Show embodies the core values of raising money for charity and volunteering for charitable causes. As Chair, my vision is to strengthen the bond between these two pillars, fostering greater collaboration and integration throughout the year.

I’ve been deeply involved with the Fashion Show for the past three years, consistently going above and beyond in my roles. My dedication and hard work have allowed me to rise to this year’s Creative Director, where I had the privilege of shaping and elevating the event’s vision, contributing to record-breaking attendance. I led a small dedicated team, refining my skills in delegation, task management, and problem-solving. Additionally, working closely with the chairs as their second-in-command has provided me with invaluable insights into effective leadership.

To further enhance the Fashion Show, I plan to appoint heads for each team to streamline delegation, secure high-end sponsors to elevate the event’s prestige, and introduce more audience interaction to create a more engaging and immersive experience.

Being part of this incredible committee has deepened my commitment to this event, and I'm determined to ensure the Fashion Show continues to thrive, evolve, and inspire for years to come.
