Arnav Goel

Hello everyone! I am Arnav, a first year Physics undergrad running for Alumni Coordinator. Decentralization and blockchain are the future of finance. Imperial’s strong reputation in the sciences and engineering has yielded experts who are at the forefront of finance and tech. I believe Imperial’s Blockchain Society is key to helping enthusiasts understand the nuances of cryptocurrency, blockchain and everything in between.

As Alumni Coordinator, I aim to bridge the gap between experienced professionals and students. I will:

• establish an alumni network, so that they they can share their expertise, mentor students and create opportunities
• organize talks and seminars inviting alumni to share their journey, what a day in their life looks like and how they leverage blockchain to solve real world problems
• orgnaize exclusive meetups and events like coffee chats, panels or even bigger events like boat parties for networking with professionals

I aim to make the society a lifelong community, encouraging mentorship and collaboration. It’s not just a student club, but a place to help people in their career in a real way. Vote for me as we create the next generation of blockchain experts!
