Hi everyone!

My name is Paapa and I am running to be the new president of Doctorprenuers.

Entrepreneurship has always been a passion of mine and I have been an active member of Doctorpreneurs since I started my journey at Imperial. Throughout this time, I have had various experiences reaching out and talking to successful founders and I have appreciated the talks organised by the previous president. But now its time to pass on the torch and build on the solid foundation laid for doctorpreneurs. I truly believe in the potential of this society and I look to increase collaborations with other universities, create regular workshops to help with entrepreneurial thinking and keep close relations with imperial medtech to expand our reach and impact.

Who said budding entrepreneurs can't have fun? One of my key goals is to create termly social events that foster stronger relationships among our members. After all, as Richard Branson once noted, some of the best business ideas are born over a dinner table. I also plan to boost initial engagement by focusing special effort on the freshers fair. By generating momentum early in the academic year, we can unlock a plethora of opportunities, such as enhanced networking and more effective co-founder matching. And I won't stop there; I aim to increase the number of founder talks and further elevate our flagship conference through increased social media prescence and by securing more funding.
