Hello everyone! My name is Lucas and I would love to become a member of your committee.

Over the last year mahjong has quickly become a major obsession of mine... I absolute love the game and was thrilled to see a thriving mahjong society at Imperial.

As one of your Technical Instructors, I would be more than happy to introduce mahjong to new players as well as discuss some more advanced techniques. I play both Cantonese and Japanese style and look forward to learning more variations in the future. While I enjoy the strategic elements the game, I absolutely think the best part about mahjong and our society is how it brings people together, and I would love to help continue to cultivate our community environment as a member of your committee. I'm also very interested in exploring the possibility of more events and competitions in the future.

I have experience leading societies in the past and am fully prepared to commit absolutely to the requirements of this role.

I've really enjoyed playing with lots of you in the society this year and would be honoured to serve as your Technical Instructor. Thank you for taking the time to read my manifesto!
